Pros
The interviewer said that there is an employee trip every year, with domestic and international destinations to choose from. This is what I like most; everything else also complies with the Labor Standards Act.
Cons
The office atmosphere is dull. It is different from the company I worked for previously—everyone was very quiet from the moment I entered the company until the interview ended.
