1. This company was founded by the general manager, who gradually recruited people and built it up bit by bit.
2. The staff are of fairly high quality; anyone without a certain level of ability cannot survive here.
3. Work is very flexible.
4. There is plenty of room and opportunity to develop.
5. A brand company with 100% of its sales overseas.
6. English proficiency must be excellent; the company also has foreign employees.
7. The average salary is higher than the industry average.
8. It is very similar to a foreign-owned company.
9. The company culture does not suit people who like playing politics or engaging in internal conflict.
10. The senior managers are all capable and came from large companies; team cohesion is also excellent.
1. The company is relatively young, with an average employee age in the 30s, so it sometimes hires employees whose abilities are inadequate; however, the company handles these situations fairly quickly.
2. Because the boss strongly dislikes people who play politics or engage in internal conflict, those who cause trouble within the company are asked to leave.
3. The standards expected at work are relatively high, so people with weaker abilities may not be able to keep up.
4. The boss is too kind-hearted and acts too slowly toward people who defame others, play petty office politics, or form cliques, allowing these people to affect and make outstanding employees uncomfortable. (Troublemakers should be dismissed promptly.)
