Pros
The advantage is that there are no advantages.
Cons
The Chiayi Taibao plant has no systems in place. It is a traditional industry, with a half-trained processing worker managing professional designers. Drawing annotations do not follow CNS regulations; they are marked up haphazardly, and yet this person comes to correct the drawing reviews.
