If you’re new and have no experience working at a department store counter (because the company assumes every store’s system is the same), it’s easy to feel overwhelmed～
As for product knowledge, the company’s full-time employees may also have just started, so they don’t have a complete understanding either. I recommend looking it up online yourself!
The company places a lot of emphasis on actively approaching people to offer samples, but you also can’t give customers an excessive amount to try. To put it plainly, the company is a bit stingy!
