1. The working environment is poor. As soon as you enter the main entrance, you see a pile of miscellaneous items. Occasionally, you may even see cockroaches wandering around. There are only two meeting rooms: the first is the general manager's office, and the second is a video conference room that is also filled with miscellaneous items. Although a cleaning lady is brought in to clean, there is still dust on the floor, and the tangled wires make the area look even more chaotic.
2. The printer is shared by the entire company. Whenever someone causes a paper jam, everyone's documents afterward are delayed.
3. Because my colleagues at my previous company were so friendly, by comparison, the colleagues at this company are rather...... In addition, the HR lady is very harsh. Whenever she catches something she does not like, she loudly calls out the colleague's name, as if she wants everyone to know that someone made a mistake.
This HR lady seems to have become like a supervisor for the northern Taiwan company, and it is apparent that the business unit she belongs to is quite dominant.
4. The head office is in Kaohsiung, so there can be delays when clocking in and out. Even when I have clocked in, I occasionally still receive an absenteeism email. After notifying the head-office HR department to help handle it, I was even told by the Kaohsiung HR department that it was a Taipei problem... I really cannot accept this kind of attitude toward handling the issue.
I have worked at this company for some time, and I sincerely do not recommend it!!!
