Most colleagues are friendly
The office is new and clean
The location is fairly convenient
In the early days, there were fewer projects, so it was easier to leave work on time. Later, the company grew and hired quite a few more people, but the number of projects also increased. Working hours depend largely on the project you join.
Also, perhaps because the organization has become more complex while people at various levels continue to come and go, many rules and systems keep changing. They are not very consistent across the company, and there are no consistent ongoing guidelines.
No overtime pay (fixed-responsibility system)
I would suggest that people considering joining try to get several offers first, then compare and think it over.
