- Located near the Arts and Culture District, in a lively area with convenient transportation
- The reception staff's attitude was acceptable
- The position applied for was Customer Service Specialist. In addition to a logic test, the resume form provided by the company also included passages from the Analects that the interviewee had to translate and explain. I was utterly baffled.
- There was a large wolfdog kept in the office, and the office was mostly an open-plan space, which felt somewhat inappropriate.
- The requirements in the 104 job posting were incomplete. During the on-site interview, the interviewer only then disclosed that a salary increase would be granted after passing an evaluation, and that the evaluation required accompanying engineers to users' homes to install internet service 60 times within three months, using one's own time after work or on days off.
- There was no such thing as typhoon leave or additional pay for working during a typhoon holiday. If the government announced a typhoon holiday but the weather that day permitted attendance, employees were expected to work as usual, and it would not be counted as overtime.
Overall, after the interview, I would not consider this company at all. The issue regarding typhoon leave was particularly outrageous.
