Pros
Having travel leave is quite nice.
Cons
Always spending time processing expense claims—everything has to follow procedures, which is a huge waste of time.
Sometimes, because things are too urgent, employees are asked to pay upfront...
There have even been times when salaries were paid late!!!
Basically, everything is handled manually; it feels extremely 1980s.
