The marketing department is extremely poor.
It lacks professionalism and efficiency.
The turnover rate is extremely high; leaving after working for just a few months is the norm.
Colleagues form cliques, and managers especially like to take the lead in collectively badmouthing people behind their backs.
Every day, they privately berate the design department, criticize sales staff and former colleagues, and even mock collaborating KOLs. The insults often target people's appearance and contain personally abusive language.
Their character is extremely poor.
