Coworkers are easy to get along with—well, they used to be.
1. The boss targets people, not issues. If you’re singled out, even excellent work counts for nothing.
2. The boss won’t communicate with people they dislike, but will undermine you in front of other colleagues.
3. They won’t provide a budget for filming. At first, they’ll tell you it can be discussed, but behind the scenes, they have no intention of giving you one.
4. They have no qualms about taking advantage of people. If you’re a planner, they may also expect you to be able to film and edit videos; if you can’t, they’ll feel like replacing you.
5. Don’t believe the foolish claim that there’s no one in the office. That is the root cause of the lax systems.
