None!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. The internship is unpaid!!
2. The boss yells at people all day, even the business partners..
3. The boss refuses to accept new technologies
4. The company is still using FTP to copy folders for version control. What era are we living in? Git is the bare minimum, right?
5. The company's employees actually communicate with one another using personal email... Does no one know about Slack? Even if they don't, they could use LINE!
6. There is no project workflow at all. The boss says to change something, so you change it. The things you produce had better be usable.
7. The company is still using ancient front-end packages...
8. Not only did I learn nothing, I also had to teach the other interns, because no one was looking after them. I was the only one who had to step up and teach them.
\bThe above is just a rough overview; there are plenty of other ridiculous things..
Fortunately, I left after less than a month.
Funny thing:
One time, the boss saw me programming with VS Code and actually told me that our company doesn't use this high-tech stuff (WHAT????)
And because the company doesn't use Git for version control, I set it up myself. Then one day, a colleague messed up the code and needed to restore it, but couldn't find the backup. The boss told them that so-and-so (me) seemed to have set up version control, so they could get it from me. (A complete question mark—why doesn't the company implement it??)
Anyway, this company will go under sooner or later. I advise everyone not to be fooled~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
