1. The logistics center is extremely stingy; even the restrooms are unisex. On rainy days, you can see a bunch of moths. It’s extremely disgusting.
2. We have to fill out a performance report every day, recording what we did each hour. Even break times have to be recorded, including lunch breaks, although sometimes it’s impossible to rest at all. You have to report to the team leader before taking a break. You have to record how many items you picked, how many you picked per minute, and even sign for incorrect items.
3. You actually have to take a photo before work? This is extremely baffling. It’s the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Is it because they’re afraid people won’t show up and will falsely report their attendance?
4. The pay is extremely low, yet they claim to be a listed company. The salary is also paid on two separate dates.
5. The turnover rate is extremely high.
6. Employees need to take turns serving as the duty person.
7. The entrance to the logistics center floods during heavy rain, so be careful when riding a scooter.
