Open and free atmosphere

The company is located in an old commercial building. The environment is very poor, the restrooms are extremely dirty and outdated, and the pantry is rudimentary and often has no water.

Because the building’s old air-conditioning system already had problems, the air conditioning frequently broke down with 70 or 80 people crowded on one floor. They used the planned relocation as an excuse not to properly address the air-conditioning issues. According to coworkers, they had been saying they would move for a year before actually doing so, showing extremely poor administrative efficiency. They also used the move as a reason not to install a time clock, requiring 70 or 80 people every day to go to another floor to clock in and out. They even try to save money on such a minor expense, which is simply speechless.

After joining, I also discovered that the benefits were different from what was stated in the job listing: there were no stock options and no unlimited snacks.

In addition, internal power struggles are severe. Those who monopolize power seem afraid that people below them will take away their know-how, so they are unwilling to share what they know.
