You must get a visitor badge on the 2nd floor before taking the elevator upstairs. The company is on the top, 29th floor, with a beautiful view.
The HR representative and engineers were very friendly. You could tell it was a very American-style company, and the meeting rooms were transparent. I happened to wear canvas shoes that day and wanted to explain this to HR, but HR said there was no need to mention it and that neither they nor the engineers would mind.
During the interview, the engineer asked many questions about my abilities. You just need to answer honestly about whether you understand them.
The company has flexible working hours, from 9:30 to 6:30. After joining, senior employees will mentor junior employees. You need to estimate your own working hours; if you cannot finish within those hours, you must stay and work overtime. The company operates under a responsibility-based system: if you finish your work early, you can leave early. During my interview, I actually encountered someone leaving early, at around 4:00 p.m.
Just relax and go to the interview. Everyone at the company is very friendly, and it seems they genuinely want to get to know each candidate.
