The interviewer was quite talkative, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The company environment was bright. The company mainly provides online language courses, and this position primarily involves work similar to that of a sales assistant. For the three major traditional holidays, if the company does not provide a bonus, it will offer a gift as a substitute. More notably, employees can take the company's English courses for free, which can also help improve their language skills in the future.
The salary is NT$25,000 during the probationary period and will be adjusted afterward. The company provides benefits for the three major traditional holidays, but they may be either a cash gift or a present, so it is not certain. The benefits and salary system did not feel very well-established.
