Close to the MRT station and convenient for meals
The company is called Trist Boutique Cleaning & Maintenance.
The company's processes are very disorganized, the turnover rate is high, the owner routinely criticizes former employees during working hours or openly discusses employees' private matters in the office, and the salary is disproportionate to the workload and the responsibilities required.
Basically, it is unlikely that you will leave work on time. The scheduled finishing time is 9 p.m., but staying past 10 p.m. is the norm. The owner has also stated that because new employees are still learning, if this causes work to run past the end of the workday, there will be no overtime pay.
The owner has criticized employees who were unwilling to pay company expenses upfront. The owner believes that paying company expenses upfront is part of one's work duties; if an employee is capable of doing so but unwilling to advance the expenses for the company, the owner considers that employee not to be a team player and lacking commitment to the company.
