It depends on the person. After working here for several years, I feel it’s actually pretty good. It’s somewhat demanding, but that seems to be true across the industry. The company is growing steadily, with new concepts and products constantly being introduced. If you perform well, the performance bonuses are better than those at other companies. The work environment is good, and it offers opportunities to learn as well as a certain level of job security. It’s a pretty good place to work.
There’s still quite a substantial workload, and the company has a very good reputation among its clients. If you’re looking for an easy job where you can just get by, this probably isn’t the right place for you.
