It depends on the person. After working here for several years, I feel it’s pretty good overall. It’s somewhat demanding, but that seems to be the case across the industry. The company is growing steadily, with constantly emerging new concepts and products. If you perform well, the performance bonuses are better than those at other companies. The work environment is good, and it offers some job security if you want to learn something. It’s a pretty good place overall.
There is still quite a substantial workload, and the company has a very good reputation with clients. If you’re looking for an easy job where you can get by without putting in much effort, this probably isn’t a good fit.
