When the boss is in a good mood, they occasionally treat us to a meal.
The boss does things entirely based on their mood.
They say one thing today and another tomorrow.
There are absolutely no established standards.
They believe that employees working overtime indicates a lack of ability on their part.
From the time I started working there until I resigned, not a single person at the company was able to leave work on time (including the long-time employees).
Yet the boss still did not pay overtime.
Moreover, the boss has very poor emotional management.
If they are in a bad mood that day, you can forget about having a good day either.
Those with an extremely strong ability to handle pressure who enjoy novelty are welcome to take on the challenge.
