Pros
Pay and overtime are provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. It may have been illegal before the company went public, but now the Securities and Futures Bureau is supervising it, so no one dares to break the law.
Cons
It would be even better if the terms were better than those required by the Labor Standards Act.
