Can't think of any.
Cons
The program's stability is garbage.
They don't screen applicants and hire a bunch of problematic people.
They also impose a whole bunch of restrictions.
If someone isn't carrying a big box during work hours, what the hell does it have to do with you?
Does the company even know whether it complies with the regulations for contractors?
I don't get it.
