It depends on which department you’re in.......
The systems department manager is very capable and willing to lead the team. They care about their subordinates’ situations. The two most senior people in the systems department have both been there for over 10 years~
The salary is really just as previous colleagues said~ The base salary is 25K, plus various allowances under different names to bring it up to 30K!
The computer department manager....... cannot be commented on, does not know how to lead the team, and cannot provide you with support. They nitpick over monthly field expenses; if something goes wrong, it’s your problem!!!
The engineer turnover rate is very high. If you can put up with some annoying matters, this is a good place to hone yourself both mentally and physically............
