Upon entering, the first thing you see is the reception desk. Beside it is a transparent box filled with cheap tea bags.
The lid also has a note saying, “Please take an appropriate amount.” So are these tea bags an employee benefit???
But I think... this is basically like opening an all-you-can-eat buffet. If you’re afraid people will drink them, you might as well not provide them at all.
They’re also placed at the reception desk, right next to the receptionist, so employees might feel pressured when they want to take a tea bag. XD
Then there’s the potted plant on the small table in front of the reception desk. Its container is made from a Double Fiber Green Tea plastic bottle.
Put nicely, it’s environmentally friendly and reusing waste; put less nicely, it’s stingy. Everyone has different opinions,
but personally, I’d suggest properly placing a nice potted plant in a regular container. After all, the reception desk is the company’s front-facing image...
The interviewer was fairly polite. Then they suddenly took out a sheet of paper and said there would be a test.
After I finished the test, they said they would notify me if I made it to the second-round interview.
The second-round interview would involve a trial assignment lasting approximately 2–3 hours. As for whether the trial assignment is paid, I forgot to ask.
Because just hearing that there was a second-round interview and that I would still have to do a 2–3-hour trial assignment already made me feel a bit dizzy.
For a job paying a little over 20,000, it’s really quite a hassle.
What’s even more outrageous is that the probationary period is six months. (Usually, it’s at most three months...)
You’ll also be evaluated on your performance during those six months, and if they think you’re not suitable, they’ll ask you to leave.
The probationary salary is 27K, and after successfully completing the six-month probationary period, the salary is 28K.
Anyone considering applying for an interview might want to think it over.
