Pros
The company has an impressive image and is very proactive and enthusiastic toward job seekers.
Cons
The personnel information form was already long enough, yet the recruiters kept pushing jobs that might earn them the most commission, even though the pay was low. Once they realized you still weren't interested, they stopped contacting you altogether. Very transactional.
