The interviews with managers at each stage were fairly relaxed and pleasant.

After I received an offer, HR canceled it, which was extremely surprising.

This was the first time I had encountered a company like this. It felt like HR had a very strong influence in the company.

During the interview with the department manager, I felt that I could freely express my opinions and ideas, and that this was one of the qualities they were looking for.

However, when speaking with HR, it seemed that I had to be very careful with what I said. It felt as though I could not raise questions even after receiving the offer. They appeared to respond politely on the surface, but in reality, they did not discuss anything with me in detail before canceling my offer for no apparent reason!
