No uniform required at work
The “Shilin Night Market” is nearby
Fixed “120 days of business trips to China per year,” “Monday to Saturday, 12 hours of work per day”; days off on holidays; “no business-trip allowance and no overtime pay under the responsibility-based system”
Suitable for people with no more than two years of relevant work experience to gain experience. Those who can work independently do not need to go; they make grand promises to you, first tricking you into handing over your process know-how
Those with a TOEIC score of 550 or above are exempt from the English test
Does this count as an advantage?? I couldn’t seem to find any others
Responsibility-based system; no overtime pay for overtime work
Guaranteed 12 months of annual salary; year-end bonuses and profit sharing are not necessarily provided (for details, refer to the company’s annual EPS and Yahoo stock price)
In any case, the company simply designs for foreign companies
Project experience is a plus. The salary calculated for 10 years of work experience is approximately NT$55K–60K; you are required to lead people and teach the technology to newcomers
The interview is divided into three sessions: 09:30, 13:30, and 15:00 https://prnt.sc/omu2yj
Does the company conduct layoffs every year as a fixed practice?? Quite a few former colleagues were maliciously laid off by the company. This time, I went to experience it personally
Too much negative news (if you want to know more, Google it yourself)
Just listen to what the interviewing manager and HR say. If you believe them, it means you have spent too little time in the workplace and still lack the ability to handle your own salary
Interview process: English test (listening and reading, modeled after TOEIC) & logic test & manager interview
Before the interview, they will ask for your “year/month/day of birth” & “ID number” so HR can enter them into the company system
They will then ask you to provide your salary at your previous company, work-content know-how, and why you left your previous company—what the reason was
Finally, there is a Google motivation test. It basically tests whether you are obedient enough. It is roughly about power & money; in any case, just don’t choose money. It can reveal whether you are someone who places a great deal of importance on money

HR’s work is basically to find people for managers to interview and collect the monthly salaries and benefits for equivalent positions at other companies; otherwise, how can HR create profits for the company?? Isn’t it simply about finding people who are cheap, useful, and won’t resign?
Before the interview, I reconfirmed whether the manager had reviewed my résumé in advance. HR said yes, but during the interview, the manager examined it bit by bit, clearly showing that they had not looked at it beforehand at all. It felt like HR was simply “shooting blindly,” and it was obvious that HR was accustomed to lying. After all, the person who first spoke with me by phone was HR, not the manager. Otherwise, the entire company has been lying from beginning to end, and lying has become part of the company culture
