We have an outstanding boss who is clear-minded and creative, and who inspires and motivates employees from time to time. The boss’s encouragement still lingers in my ears to this day, and I remember it vividly.
Last year's company profits all went toward giving you salary increases.
Everyone only wants good compensation and a good life.
But do your abilities live up to your ambitions?
If I paid you 2.8 million a year today, would your abilities improve?
I firmly believe they absolutely would not.
What you do must match your ambitions.

With so many people here, no one thinks about things from the boss’s perspective.
Do you all think that whether the company makes a loss has nothing to do with you?
With such an outstanding and excellent leader as the boss, this company surely has no shortcomings.
