The HR staff are polite (?)

I applied for a graphic design position.

Before even conducting an interview, they required me to submit an assigned task (photo editing + layout).

They also asked me to record a one-minute self-introduction video (why?).

It was extremely troublesome to prepare all that, only to not even be given an interview in the end.

I was so angry that my xx popped out.

The position has apparently been open forever on the job bank.

I imagine the turnover rate must be pretty high.
