The HR staff are polite (?)

I applied for a graphic design position.

Before even conducting an interview, they first required me to submit an assigned task (photo retouching + layout).

They also asked me to film a one-minute self-introduction video (why?).

It was extremely troublesome to prepare all that, only to end up not even getting an interview.

I was so angry that my xx popped out.

The position has apparently been continuously listed on the job bank for ages.

I imagine the turnover rate must be pretty high.
