The HR staff were not as terrible as described on the PTT board; they were very polite both in person and during the phone interview.
At the beginning, they provided a test for the interviewee to complete. Afterwards, HR conducted an interview to get a general understanding of the candidate’s background and experience at their previous job.
The interview then continued with the manager. At first, the manager explained the current situation faced by the company and department, and then began asking hypothetical situational questions related to the job. Finally, HR said that the candidate would receive the result within approximately one week, indicating whether there would be a second interview or a rejection letter.
Sure enough, the rejection letter was sent three days later. The process was very efficient, and the entire interview took approximately 2.5 hours.
Although I was not ultimately hired, the overall interview experience was good.
The only drawback, if I had to name one, is that there were two rounds of interviews, which was a little inconvenient.
