Pros
After joining the company, things are quite different from what outsiders imagine. There are fixed bonuses for the Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Lunar New Year. Employees who score above 80 in their performance evaluations often receive annual compensation exceeding 14 months’ salary. This has been implemented for the past two years.
Cons
The percentage could be a little higher.
