Most of the colleagues are quite nice!
The chairman always thinks that his ideas are better than everyone else’s and speaks in a very sarcastic manner.
He likes to focus on the details of the wording, so he does not delegate authority to the people responsible for execution.
There is also a general manager in between, so something revised by the chairman may then be disliked by the general manager and need to be revised again.
Therefore, the closer you are to senior management in communication, the more difficult the work becomes.
People in some positions either do not stay for long or leave as soon as they feel something is wrong.
Think carefully before joining.
