There are absolutely no advantages.
Doing Panda deliveries, and we even have to pay for the fuel ourselves. The company does not absorb any of the commission at all; it takes it out of our wages and bonuses, as if we are subsidizing Panda's commission. It is basically like a disguised pay cut, using our labor to subsidize the company owner. It is truly inhumane. When performance increases, our pay gets even lower—is this what you call performance??? There are no bonuses at all; it is completely a scam, a deceptive bonus and performance system. It looks good on paper, but in reality, the time and labor we put in barely amount to our wages. Over the course of a year, we sometimes even end up with negative deductions. If we fail to meet the performance target, money is deducted. What a ridiculous company—profiting from workers' money to support itself. Liars, a scam.
