裕融企業股份有限公司
Pros

A publicly listed company with a big-name reputation. The office location looks impressive, but that's about it.

Cons

An SSS-grade company, as detailed below:

1. You can tell from the pile of useless and overly complicated items on the résumé form that HR and this company have no professionalism or systems whatsoever, which makes job seekers want to back out as soon as they see it. There is also a clearly stated request for you to work overtime, but if you write that you do not wish to work "frequent" overtime, they demand a reason? What on earth? Even more outrageous, when applying for an internal position, I had to state the degree of my myopia. Is it because I will later be transferred across fields to become a commercial-airline or fighter-jet pilot? Sucks.

2. Never mind that they make you check a box agreeing to cooperate with frequent overtime; once the interview turns to salary, HR will subject you to relentless psychological attacks, repeatedly cutting down the salary you proposed from every possible angle. This is not even some highly paid professional or management position—is this really necessary? Once would be bad enough, but several managers took turns probing your bottom line. If you are even a little soft, they may cut it to below your previous salary. I have never seen HR at a large company with such poor manners and such a humiliating attitude. If all you offer is a banana, then please go find a monkey for your home. Sucks.

3. Shortly afterward, Whoscall will notify you that it has blocked a whole slew of auto-loan marketing calls from this company. At that point, you will be glad you were lucky enough not to take a job at such a place—one with no concept of personal-data privacy, that treats regulatory requirements like a joke, and has zero risk-control awareness. What a shitty job opening. Sucks.
