Pros

At the year-end banquet, you can win many prizes, but you have to stay until almost 11 p.m.; if you leave early, you won't have a chance.

The company travel benefit provides a subsidy of 15,000, but receipts and group photos are required; reimbursement is based on actual expenses.

The standard workday is 7.5 hours. Overtime can be claimed after 6:00 p.m., but you can only start claiming it from 7:00 p.m. onward. Overtime is calculated in half-hour units and can be exchanged for compensatory leave or overtime pay.

The company provides a meal allowance of 2,400. In addition, the monthly salary includes your meal allowance, position allowance, welfare expenses, and labor and health insurance contributions, so the actual amount after deductions differs considerably.

Cons

The IT department uses small desktop computers, and there is a daily download traffic limit, which makes it difficult for developers to update packages and so on. If you are assigned to a core department, it is very unfavorable for technical development. Some managers do not respect technical expertise and only recognize SAs. Even if you have several years of work experience and a lot of experience from outside, they will still use you as a PG. Their SAs only use architecture diagrams; flowcharts are rarely used, almost never. When communicating with PGs and writing specifications, they mainly use textual descriptions and table schemas.

Even worse, the project schedules and estimated person-days here are set directly by SAs without discussing them with PGs. When holding meetings with users to discuss requirements, they will not bring you along either. Also, everyone at the company uses IE. If you stay in a core department, you will sooner or later become disconnected from new technologies outside and turn into a servant. Resources here are only reserved for senior employees. Let me offer one piece of advice: do not come here under any circumstances. If you do decide to come, make sure to negotiate for as high a salary as possible, because working here as a PG means being treated as a very low-status person. When work hours are estimated poorly, they will not admit that it was the SA's problem; they will only demand that the PG work overtime to finish, or ask you to leave work at the same time as the users, and so on. These constant changes that affect employees' personal lives make me sincerely feel that working here means treating yourself like a dog that must do whatever the company tells you to do. Also, flexible working hours must be applied for in advance (how is that considered flexible working hours?).
