HR-friendly
The manager was friendly and very willing to share details about the work, helping me understand the work situation, the department, and the job responsibilities.
• The interview meeting room was very small—really small. I feel sorry for those who have meetings here.
• You could hear the discussions taking place in the neighboring room, so this may need attention next time.
• The final question asked about university club experience. Personally, I felt that this was a bit much for someone with work experience.
If interviewing a university graduate, it would be perfectly reasonable.
