Leaving work on time
1. Capitalist mindset.
2. Employees have no freedom or ideas and can only follow orders. However, the consequences of following orders are: if nothing happens, then nothing happens; if something happens, the department concerned is held responsible—resulting in a warning in minor cases or dismissal in serious cases.
3. Company policies that conflict with the management department are rejected as invalid.
4. It does not matter whether you slack off or work seriously; what matters most is knowing how to curry favor with the head of the management department.
