The interviewer was quite beautiful and very gentle.
1. They notified far too many people from different positions to interview together, which was a huge waste of time. There was about an hour between receiving the notification and the start of the interview.
2. The interview practically required me to rewrite my résumé. Then what was the point of submitting a résumé in the first place?
3. It was only during the interview that I discovered they required many abilities not listed on the job site. If they had clearly stated them from the beginning, wouldn’t that have saved both sides from wasting time?
4. Endless waiting......
5. The interview with the boss was the most speechless part. Although I had already decided at that point that I would not join the company, I still wanted to answer seriously. But when the boss showed up, they asked a bunch of questions unrelated to my original interview. By the end, all I could think about was that I wanted to leave, and I had no desire to answer anything at all.
