2. A company with absolutely no integrity that completely disrespects job applicants. I recommend that anyone who sees this post carefully consider whether to attend an interview. Details are as follows:

The tests began at 13:30, including an Excel skills test. Everything was completed by 14:50, but the HR manager did not appear until 15:20. The HR manager’s interview lasted until 16:20, after which the deputy general manager interviewed me and decided on the spot to hire me, saying that the offer would be sent to me by Monday at the latest. I left the company at nearly 17:00. This was the longest interview I have ever had.

When I still had not received the offer by Monday, I called the HR manager to confirm. They replied that the boss was not in and could only respond the next day. However, on Tuesday I received a rejection email with the following content:

Dear XXX,

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to participate in our interview last week. Your qualifications are excellent, but after considering various factors, we regret that we are unable to proceed with your application this time. We have entered your personal information into our talent database and will contact you proactively if a suitable position becomes available in the future. Thank you again for your enthusiasm in applying to our company, and please feel free to provide us with your criticism and suggestions from time to time!
