The most disrespectful company I have ever interviewed with.

After entering, filling out the information, and taking the written test took an hour and a half. The interviewer came in and only said that your desired salary was not possible, then asked what the lowest amount you could accept was. After I gave a figure and she rejected it, it would be perfectly reasonable to part on good terms, right?

No.

The interviewer simply turned around, switched off the lights, and left, quickly returning to her own seat. She did not even do the most basic things, such as walking me to the door or showing me where the exit was.

I applied for a copywriting position. The interviewer was a woman who, according to her, was a team leader, with someone above her. I do not expect the interview to be pleasant or for us to immediately hit it off, and I have no idea how capable this interviewer actually is.

However, she is the face of the company she represents, yet she did not even display the most basic courtesy and professionalism. At the very least, the applicant had spent money on transportation and taken the time to come there. Even if we could not agree on the salary, she should still have shown some respect, right?
