They proactively invited me to an interview, yet questioned obvious shortcomings in my résumé during the interview. If they were concerned about them, why invite me to interview in the first place? They also challenged all the reasons I gave for leaving previous jobs, saying they were not actually problems and that I was simply too sensitive. This made me wonder whether I had hit a nerve.
