Pros

Huh?

Cons

The employee cafeteria is terrible, yet it still costs 50.

After technical salaries were cut by over 10,000 a few years ago, we can now only work overtime like crazy to make up the difference, though it still cannot exceed 40 hours per month.

HR is currently carrying out a nonsensical salary reform, and the pay is pitifully low.

Every month, the general manager holds a meeting to present beautified reports. Thank you, everyone.

The general manager only does superficial things; when the example set at the top is bad, those below follow suit.

Every day, you see a bunch of people working themselves to death with overtime.

The work is never finished, and the department will never add staff.

When everyone is busy at work, the supervisor is actually idle enough to play Tower of Saviors.

As long as you know how to curry favor, you will get promoted quickly.

There are factional struggles.

At the beginning of the year, they tell you to write your performance objectives one way, but by midyear, they start assigning you different tasks. Then at the end of the year, they give you a poor performance rating and say it is your own problem. It also depends on whether you are one of their people.
