Who says this job has any pros? There are no pros, only a group of HR people who make things difficult for others.
This company is just selling dog meat under a sheep's head—its public statements sound impressive, but behind the scenes, when it wants someone to resign voluntarily, it fabricates some nonexistent offense and makes that person take the blame. Is the HR department in the south doing all right? I would actually rather you doubt my abilities as being 《too good》 and unsuitable for your company. Why fabricate insulting accusations for someone to fall into? Is it to avoid paying severance? Is that why you keep pressuring the person concerned to resign voluntarily? As a family member, I feel that this company treats its employees very poorly. How can a company of this scale have people inside who show so little respect for employees? No wonder talent keeps leaving your company—is this why?
