None at all
The working environment is very poor. Every day, we inhale cooking fumes and get splashed with oil. There is no additional compensation or injury allowance. The salary is very low and not proportional to the workload. For deliveries, we even have to pay for our own fuel, and no meal is provided. The hours are also very long. It is still a responsibility-based work system, with no overtime pay and no year-end bonus. The seniority system is excessive. The workload is such that one person is doing the work of two or three people. The salary system is basically just a word game: if performance targets are not met, employees are pressured to make up the performance shortfall through their salaries. There is no such thing as a performance bonus; it is merely a nominal word game in the salary system. The promotion system is fundamentally poor—it is just a nice-looking title, and the salary does not actually increase. The boss has communist-style thinking and is very good at manipulating people. They play on personal relationships all day long, supposedly valuing people, but in reality they are just using personal ties to retain employees, acting like a saint or a devil while pretending to be a gentleman. Recently, they also started handling Panda deliveries, which has increased the workload without increasing the salary. Performance targets have increased, but the salary has decreased even further. The staffing remains the same, with two people working. In reality, the boss has never considered the employees’ interests, treating people like slaves and dogs. They cannot afford to pay proper wages and play on personal relationships all day long. All performance is achieved through the employees’ efforts, yet even when there are no losses, money is still deducted from our pay. When someone gets burned, they are mocked for having poor skills. If performance targets are not met, we are told that we are not working hard enough. This is essentially an indirect pay cut. I have also heard that former long-term employees were driven away by the boss in the same way. This boss has absolutely no gratitude. Everyone, remember this: do not come work here under any circumstances. Take heed.
