The company benefits are good,
and colleagues from other departments are all nice.
▲ Designers beware! Don't come here and become victims.
The company's single biggest flaw is the emotional, two-faced female manager, C, in the design department.
Working under her, you can forget about communicating with her.
Every design has to go through her, and she can nitpick a simple design for an entire day.
To put it nicely, she says you should act like a designer, not a production artist. To put it less nicely, this manager treats designers like interns, doesn't she?
You might as well just do everything according to her wishes.
She says that if there are problems, you should ask, but when you do, she complains that you're annoying,
says you're wasting her time,
and keeps going on all day about how busy she is, as if she's the only busy person in the entire company.
The intern who worked here for a year previously left after graduating because they didn't want to continue working here, saying that the manager was impossible to communicate with, haha.
This manager seems to have no idea what her own problems are!
▲Suggestion:
The female manager, C, in the design department is extremely emotional and loves taking out her frustrations on others,
and is also extremely two-faced in the workplace.
One second, she criticizes and scolds you in Line; the next, in front of other colleagues, she can pretend to be incredibly gentle, patient, and caring toward her subordinates. Very impressive.
Being lectured and criticized every day is just the bare minimum.
Even a ridiculously simple, completely styleless design can be nitpicked for half a day,
and then she scolds you for taking so long to make a single design. It's truly baffling—who exactly is causing the delay? ^^
She probably thinks that her own work is the best and her designs are the finest. In that case, she shouldn't hire designers at all.
I suggest she hire the most obedient interns instead—obedient, cheap, and useful, which is exactly what she loves.
▲After having encountered so many managers,
this is truly the first time I've met one like this.
A good company has been ruined by this female manager, C!
