The interviewer spent a lot of time talking with me.

The interview initially took quite a long time, which made me feel that they were very sincere. They mentioned the company’s annual plans and hoped I could provide planning suggestions based on the content, in order to assess my capabilities.

After I spent my personal time preparing and writing the plan, I never expected that once I sent it, I would receive no response at all. I couldn’t even get through by phone. I felt that my personal planning was exploited. I strongly urge other candidates to be careful!
