The benefits package is pretty good

Think twice before working at the factory site.

1. A certain supervisor will be harsh toward colleagues in Grade 9 positions, speaking to them condescendingly and sarcastically, and even directly berating them.

2. Overtime is considered normal; 46 hours is the norm.

3. There have already been factual violations of the Labor Standards Act.

4. The supervisor likes to schedule overtime meetings at 6:30 p.m. sharp. The meeting covers what was done that day and lasts about two hours. If you cannot work overtime, you must ask the supervisor for leave and designate a substitute. The substitute must report the absent employee’s work for the day as well. If the supervisor is dissatisfied, both people will have their performance ratings reduced.

5. Performance score deductions are used as a threat.

6. Whether you are allowed to sign an overtime form depends on the supervisor’s mood. Even if you have not signed one, you will still be forced to stay for the meeting.

7. A certain supervisor is basically a child who needs to be coaxed :)
