No advantages whatsoever

I have never seen a company with such a high turnover rate. Everyone, please think twice before joining!

The company looks normal on the outside, but internally it is anything but normal. There are all kinds of practices that encourage departments to become divided, and there are no SOPs or established processes whatsoever. They only tell you to report everything up through multiple levels. No employee’s tenure exceeds three months, the office is severely understaffed, and everyone has to handle at least two jobs. There is all kinds of cross-departmental work. When they are in a good mood, everything is fine; when they are in a bad mood, they randomly reassign people to different positions. Even which department your position belongs to depends on their mood. They urgently demand everything from you. You work desperately on urgent matters and are still accused of doing nothing. If you cannot finish something, the blame always falls on your efficiency.

Many new hires want to leave after less than a day. Every morning meeting lasts more than an hour and is filled with all kinds of grand promises. They constantly tell you to plan things, and you are required to reply to LINE messages promptly even on holidays. The boss staying up late is the employees’ fault. I no longer even know whose company this is.

What I cannot stand most is the constant public scolding and humiliation, throwing things, and an atrociously bad temper. There is something to be scolded about every day, and there are also endless official documents to write; communication with the boss is done through personally delivered documents.

The most incomprehensible thing I have ever heard was: “I paid money to hire you, so not harming you is already good enough.” So please, everyone, think this through very, very carefully.
