Who in sales isn’t at least somewhat confident in themselves? I’ve interviewed for quite a few sales positions, and this was the first place where the interviewer criticized me for being too confident...
Basically, if you’re just looking for a job that will keep you fed and housed, this place is quite suitable for people who want to coast toward retirement: enjoy the air conditioning to your heart’s content and stand by the door all day long.
If you’re driven, energetic, and want to work hard for bonuses and a high monthly income... look elsewhere!
