Medical assistance is provided, and it is convenient to find food and transportation nearby. The job is stable.
Employees are forced to make deductions for purchases at the hospital store, with NT$900 deducted each month. If there are too many points, they are automatically donated to the Ren’ai Foundation. The restaurant offers few dishes, and they are expensive (the employee section is also expensive and has limited options). Employee meals are not provided in the morning or evening. The dormitory is more expensive and more run-down than those at other hospitals, with poor and outdated facilities. There are very few bathroom facilities, and both the washing machines and spin dryers require payment. The salary is not higher, performance bonuses are lower than those at other hospitals, and the night-shift allowance is extremely low. The hardware and software are poor, and there are too few computers, so employees have to compete to use them. The equipment is similarly old and outdated. The changing room is very small, with insufficient personal space. The ward space is also very small, and the charges are high. Employees are subject to very many demands. Overall, I strongly do not recommend working here. If you come to work here, you will want to change jobs before long.
